After years of applying for grants, planning, paperwork, and more paperwork, the City of Whitesburg is set to begin work on the “Bypass Waterline Replacement” Project. Work is set to begin in the next few weeks.
Mayor Tiffany Craft signed the contracts for a $1.3 million dollar ARC Grant that will fund the cost of the project.
The next project on the list for waterline replacement is the Upper Bottom Section of Whitesburg.
The City has purchased Code Enforcement Software from a company called iWorQ.
