Business License/Occupational License Renewals for 2023:
Business/Occupational license renewals have been sent out and are due by January 31st 2023.
Any business physically located within the City of Whitesburg is required to have a business license.
Additionally, any business that is located outside of the City of Whitesburg, but comes into the town to do business, is also required to have a business license.
A Business License is required for any business owner, business entity, self-employed person or business organization based in or operating from Whitesburg.
This includes home based businesses, independent contractors, home offices, beauticians, air B&B, and many others.
